Caroline Rice - Chair
Caroline took on the role of Chair of The Foundation in 2019. She is responsible for the daily running of the charity & for supporting Paul in his work representing the foundation.
She worked in the financial sector for many years and is a long-time season ticket holder at Chelsea FC. She also runs her own private PA company.
Monica Shafaq - Trustee
Monica has been involved with the charity sector for a number of years and has been the Chief Executive of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group since 2009. It is under her leadership that the charity rebranded from Sandwell Mind into The Kaleidoscope Plus Group and has obtained a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For every year since 2015 along with Gold Investors In People Accreditation.
June Canoville - Vice chair
June is Paul’s sister. She has 20 plus years of custom service experience across the logistics industry, most recently as Customer Service Manager managing a team of 8. Outside of work, yet of equal importance, she considers herself a fitness fanatic, an avid gym goer who regularly takes part in fitness weekends and camps in her spare time.
Donald Forde - Treasurer
Donald is a Director of the Commonground Partnership, which aims to work with like minded individuals and organisations, active or looking to become active in the youth and community space. It is focused on working to promote development opportunities and better life chances for children and young people, particularly those growing up in more deprived communities. Donald is the former Deputy CEO of the Palace for Life Foundation, the official charity of Crystal Palace FC which has received national recognition for its work in the local community. He has over 10 years in leadership roles in the youth and community sector. In 2016, was recognised on Football’s Blacklist which celebrates African and Caribbean achievement in Football . Originally qualifying as a Town Planner, Donald’s previous experience includes responsibilities as Programme and Economic Development Manager for the Peckham Regeneration Programme, alongside several other corporate policy roles involving Southwark’s Equalities, Community Safety and Anti-Poverty agendas.
